Egg on my face
So if you were interested- you can make Egg salad in 5 minutes starting with raw eggs but I don't recommend it. A friend and i had a discussion about eggs in the shell cooked in the microwave and their tendency to explode, but we were out of lunch meat for Emily for her lunch, so I had to think fast! I pre-cracked the eggs so they didn't explode. One blew up in the microwave anyway, but the other didn't. It wasn't quite cooked, so I zapped it alone. It had some shell off, so I took more off to let it expand. Seemed fine. Took it out of the shell, went to cut and bam! Egg on my face, the counter, the dog, but there as enough leftover to make the egg salad for Emily's lunch.
